Υπ. Of Labor: The deadlines for submitting declarations for the ‘COOPERATION’ Mechanism

Tomorrow, June 1, 2022, the Information System “ERGANI” opens for the submission of declarations to the Mechanism “SYN-ERGASIA”, as follows:

A. For the month of May 2022 – Second Phase “COOPERATION”

For the month of May 2022 – 2nd Phase “COOPERATION”, it is possible to submit the declarations “application / declaration of membership in the Mechanism” SYN-ERASIA “(2nd phase)” and “application / declaration of membership in the Mechanism” SYN- WORK “(Phase II) – Correct Repetition” from 1/6/2022 to 10/6/2022.

B. For the months of January, February, March, April 2022 – Phase A “COOPERATION” (new deadline)

It is possible to submit to the PS. “ERGANI” of the statements “application / declaration of membership in the Mechanism” SYN-ERGASIA “(AD phase)” and “application / declaration of membership in the Mechanism” SYN-ERGASIA “(AD phase) -Correct Repetition” by companies-employers that wish to join the Mechanism for the months January, February, March and April 2022, who have not submitted B΄ Phase for the respective month, to do so from 1/6/2022 to 4/6/2022.

In any case, it remains the obligation to notify in advance of any change or modification of the organization of working time, through the form E4: Table of Personnel – Supplementary Hours of employees who are part of the Mechanism, for the respective months of membership in the Mechanism.

C. For the months January, February, March, April 2022 – Second Phase “COOPERATION” (new deadline)

As mentioned in an announcement of the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs, it is possible to submit the declarations “application / declaration of membership in the Mechanism” SYN-ERGASIA “(Phase II)” and “application / declaration of membership in the Mechanism” SYN-ERGASIA “(B ) Phase) – Correct Repetition “for the months January, February, March and April 2022, from 5/6/2022 to 10/6/2022 and only for:

– companies that have not submitted a B Phase declaration,

– companies that have submitted a NW Phase declaration exclusively to employees who have been excluded from NW Phase payments,

within the following deadline:

Before submitting the application form / application for membership in the Mechanism “COOPERATION” (Phase B) – Correct Repetition “for the employees who were excluded from the payments of Phase B, the employers can look for the last application for B phase and, by selecting the “Manage” button, to be informed of the reasons for the exclusion of employees from the payments of Phase B.
