After coordinated actions of the Minister of Rural Development and Food Mr. Spilios Libanos and the Deputy Minister Mr. George Styliou was credited by OPEKEPE, today, Friday 24 December 2021, to the accounts of 380,000 beneficiary farmers and stockbreeders, the compensatory 20 compensation.
In total, about 250 million euros are paid.
With this amount, as pointed out by the Secretary General of Union Resources and Infrastructure, Mr. Dim. Papagiannidis, the annual absorption of PAA 2014 reaches a record level of 707 million euros and by the end of the year is expected to exceed 730 million euros.
The Ministry of Regional Development, Mr. Spilios Libanos, thanked for the excellent cooperation with the Ministry of Development and Investments the competent Secretary General Mr. Dimitris Skalkos, as well as the executives of OPEKEPE, EYD PAA and EV EFARMOGIS PAA.
