The payment of the special purpose compensation to the employees whose contracts were suspended in January is included in the payments that will be made by the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs, e-EFKA and OAED during the week 7-11 February 2022.
In particular, according to an announcement by the Minister. Work:
1. The Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs on Friday, February 11 will pay the special purpose compensation to the employees whose contracts were suspended in January 2022 and the artists who received special purpose compensation for the same month after submitting a unilateral declaration. A new announcement will follow for the amount and the number of beneficiaries.
2. From e-EFKA in the period 6-11 February the following payments will be made, within the framework of the regular payments of the Agency:
* € 27.8 million will be paid to 900 beneficiaries following lump sum decisions
* 13.8 million euros will be paid to 36,485 beneficiaries as cash benefits (maternity, pregnancy, illness, accident, funeral expenses)
3. The following payments will be made by OAED:
* 22 million euros to 58,000 beneficiaries for the payment of unemployment benefits and other benefits
* € 21 million to 8,000 beneficiaries under subsidized employment schemes
* 700,000 euros to 1,000 mothers for a subsidized maternity leave
