Υπ. Of Labor: Clarifications for the submission to PS ERGANI of the form for telework

As part of the emergency measures to protect public health from the risk of further spread of the coronavirus throughout the Territory, as defined each time in the relevant Joint Ministerial Decisions of the general measures, the employer is given the opportunity to determine the percentage of employees telework according to par.3a) of article 67 of law 4808/2021 (A ‘101) (See point 4 of par. 2 of Table B contained in par. 1 of article 1 of the last applicable JMC under data Δ1α / Γ.Π.οικ. 72486 / 19.11.2021).

According to the relevant announcement of the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs, during the implementation of this measure, employers continue to submit to PS ERGANI until the first ten days of the next month of implementation of the measure, Form 4.1 “DISTANCE WORK – EMPLOYMENT WORK “.

At the same time, it is reminded that from 16/10/2021 the joint decision of the Ministers of Finance, Development and Investment, Education and Religions, Labor and Social Affairs, Health, Interior has been abolished under elements D1a / GP.oik.32209 / 24.5.2021 , Infrastructure and Transport, Shipping and Island Policy, Tourism and Territory “Implementation of the mandatory measure of coronary heart disease diagnostics COVID-19 to employees of the private sector who provide their work in person” (Β΄2192), as in force .

Therefore, there is no obligation for the employee to submit a self test result, by completing the special form “Responsible Declaration of Employees recording COVID result – 19 Test (Self / Rapid / PCR)” by entering the platform supportemployees.services.gov.gr and then to the COVID-19 Tests Results Reporting Platform at PS ERGANI.
