Υπ. Of Labor: From 13/4 the statements to ‘Ergani’ for the financial support of theaters and cinemas

From tomorrow, April 13, the submission of statements to the Information System “ERGANI” for the financial support of theaters and cinemas begins.

Specifically, as mentioned in an announcement of the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs, the opportunity is given exclusively for the companies of theaters, music stages, dance theaters, concert halls and performance venues, as well as for the companies of cinemas, which started working after the 1st / 1/2019, based on JM No. 21534 / 4-3-2022 “Amendment of the Joint Ministerial Decision under elements 107422 / 24-12-2021” Strengthening of companies of theaters, music stages, dance theaters, concert halls, performance spaces and cinema companies and film distributors, in the context of dealing with the consequences of COVID-19, for the year 2021 “” (BD 1013), to submit applications (with the required supporting documents – “Attachments”) for the financial support of article 70 of n. 4745/2020, which takes the form of financial coverage of spectator / ticket seats for the year 2021, on the special platform stirizoumetonpolitismo.services.gov.gr, which is kept in the P.S. “INSTRUMENTS”, according to the detailed instructions posted on it.

In addition to the above application, companies are required to submit the special form “Application / declaration of inclusion of the company in the Temporary Framework or Reg. (EU) 1407/2013 (De minimis)”, based on No. 107422 / 24-12-2021 (B ΄ 6231) JMC, in order to examine the inclusion of each company in the financial support. It is noted that the above declaration is submitted only once per unique VAT number of the company, regardless of the number of applications for inclusion in the financial support.

Those companies that apply to receive financial support, under the Temporary Framework, are still required to submit the supporting documents provided in the above Joint Ministerial Decision, selecting “Submission of Accompanying Documents of Culture”. The required single judicial solvency certificate must have been issued from 15/2/2022 onwards.

Applications and supporting documents are submitted from 13/4/2022 at 00:01 until 15/4/2022, at 23:59.

Those companies that belong to the above category, ie have started operations after 1/1/2019 and have already submitted an application for financial support, no re-submission is required, as these applications will be examined based on the new financial criteria of the JMC, regardless of whether in the field “AADE CRITERIA EXAMINATION” there is the indication “NOT COMPLETE”, except for the re-submission of an updated certificate of judicial solvency (issued from 15/2/2022 onwards).

Update on the single credit solvency credit

Companies applying for financial assistance under the Temporary Framework, whose applications remain marked “submitted”, submit an updated single court solvency certificate (issued from 15/2/2022 onwards) by selecting “Submit” Of Cultural Documents “within the above deadline.
