With his decision, the Minister of Labor, Kostis Hatzidakis, identifies the companies that are obliged to register digital data in the information system (PS) “Ergani”.
This decision applies to every employer – company, which is obliged to submit electronically to the PS. INSTRUMENTS II of the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs, forms of responsibility SEPE – OAED – e-EFKA, including those mentioned in the “Register of Services and Bodies of the Greek Administration” of the Ministry of Interior.
For the correct application of the provided provisions, employers – companies, members of employers ‘organizations, which are to be registered in the General Register of Employers’ Organizations, must declare to the PS. INSTRUMENTS II, in particular, the branch or branches of their economic activity, the number and specializations of their employed staff and the geographical region in which they operate.
This decision is valid from 1.1.2022
