Υπ. Working Deadlines: Deadlines for submitting declarations for COOPERATION

The possibility to submit to PS ERGANI the statements “APPLICATION / DECLARATION FOR INCLUSION IN THE MECHANISM” COOPERATION “(ADAPTATION)” and “APPLICATION / DECLARATION FOR INCLUSION IN THE ENGINE” (EN) “have the companies – employers who wish to join the CO-WORK Mechanism for the month of December 2021 (Phase A) from 1/12/2021 to 31/12/2021, according to an announcement issued by the Ministry of Labor.

As noted in the announcement:

“In any case, the obligation remains to notify in advance of any change or modification of the organization of working time through the form E4: Table of Personnel – Supplementary Hours of employees who are part of the MECHANISM, for the month of DECEMBER.

For the month of November 2021 (Phase B) it is possible to submit the declarations “APPLICATION / DECLARATION FOR INCLUSION IN THE MECHANISM” COOPERATION “(B-PHASE)” and “APPLICATION / APPLICATION FOR INCLUSION” PHASE) – CORRECT REPEAT “from 1/12/2021 to 8/12/2021.

For the months of September and October 2021 (Phase B) it is possible to submit the declarations “APPLICATION / DECLARATION FOR INCLUSION IN THE MECHANISM” COOPERATION “(PHASE B)” APPLICATION / APPLICATION ” PHASE B) – CORRECT REPEAT “from 1/12/2021 to 8/12/2021, only for:

– employees for whom no DECISION declaration has been submitted,
– the employees who were excluded from the payments of BYPHASIS

It is noted that before submitting the form “APPLICATION / DECLARATION FOR INCLUSION IN THE MECHANISM” COOPERATION “(PHASE 2 – CORRECT REPEAT” for employees who were excluded from the payments of the PHASE, PHASE B and selecting the button [Διαχείριση] to be informed about the reasons for the exclusion of employees from the payments of PHASE B.

Schedule 100,000 new subsidized jobs

I. Bank account corrections (IBAN) of companies

It is possible to submit correct repetitions of applications-responsible applications for membership in the Open Program 100,000 new subsidized jobs for any corrections of the credit institution and the bank account (IBAN) of the company, in cases where the employer company has long-term inclusion in the program or an employee of the tourism and food industry without the right of compulsory re-employment, provided that the company has not been paid.

II. Declaration of seasonality of companies for recruitments that have taken place from 19/6/2021 to 30/6/2021

In companies – employers that are seasonal in the sense of circumstance b ‘of par. 2 of article 4 of law 1545/1985 (A’ 91) and which:

a. within the period from 19/6/2021 to 30/6/2021 recruited employees with a contract of employment under private law, full-time or part-time, for a period of 6 months, through the open program of 100,000 new subsidized jobs and

b. in the application for inclusion in the program for the above employees did not state their seasonality [καθώς δεν υπήρχε διαθέσιμο το ειδικό πεδίο πριν τις 30/6/2021],

in order to be characterized as seasonal and to be subject to par. 11a of article 130 of law 4808 / 19-6-2021 (AD101), it is possible to make a CORRECT REPEAT of the “Application – Responsible declaration of inclusion in the open program of 100,000 young people of subsidized jobs of the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs “, in PS ERGANI to declare their seasonality, the special field” SEASONAL ENTERPRISE – EMPLOYER UNDER THE MEANING OF PER. 1545/1985 (Α ’91) “.

III. Deadlines

The above correct repetitions of applications – responsible statements can take place from 1/12/2021 to 8/12/2021.

I. DEADLINES FOR SUBMISSION OF SINGLE UNITED STATEMENTS FOR TOURISTS AND TOURISM SESSIONS FOR JUNE 2021

PS ERGANI will be available for submission of unilateral declarations by guides and tourist escorts, who are entitled to the special purpose compensation according to the number 93226 / 24-11-2021 (Β΄5448) JMC, for the month of JUNE 2021, from on 1/12/2021 until 8/12/2021

II. NEW DEADLINES FOR SUBMISSION OF UNANIMOUS DECLARATIONS FOR ARTISTS – CRAFTS OF ART AND CULTURE FOR THE MONTHS JUNE – JULY 2021

It is again possible for artists-professionals of art and culture registered in the special platform: artandcultureprofessionals.services.gov.gr of PS ERGANI until 10/1/2021, to make unilateral responsible statements to PS ERGANI for the months JUNE – JULY 2021, who are beneficiaries of the special purpose compensation according to article 121 of law 4764/2020 (A ‘256) and the house number 1638/45 / 14-1-2021 (B’ 112 & B ΄401) JMC, as in force, from 1/12/2021 until 8/12/2021 “.
