A. DEADLINES FOR SUBMISSION OF DECLARATIONS FOR THE COOPERATION MECHANISM FOR JANUARY 2022 – DECISION
The companies that wish to join the “SYN-ERGASIA” Mechanism for January 2022 are given the opportunity to submit declarations “APPLICATION / DECLARATION FOR INCLUSION IN THE MECHANISM” SYN-ERGASI “(ADAPHIS) and” ETAS COOPERATION “(AD – PHASE) – CORRECT REVIEW” if any change or modification of the organization of working time is notified in advance through the form E4: Table of Personnel – Supplementary Hours of employees included in the MECHANISM, January 31, 2022. Also, the procedure of CORRECT REPEATS of the applications / declarations of membership in the Mechanism – Phase A is possible during the entire duration of the above deadline.
B. DEADLINES FOR SUBMISSION OF DECLARATIONS FOR THE COOPERATION MECHANISM FOR THE MONTH DECEMBER 2021 – PHASE B
For the month DECEMBER 2021 – SECOND PHASE COOPERATION, it is possible to submit the declarations “APPLICATION / DECLARATION FOR INCLUSION IN THE MECHANISM” COOPERATION “(SECOND PHASE)” AND APPLICATION / APPLICATION (PHASE B) – CORRECT REPEAT “, from the 1st to the 12th of January 2022.
C. SUBMISSION OF STATEMENTS OF SUSPENSION OF EMPLOYMENT CONTRACTS BY COMPANIES IN WHICH A BAN IS IMPOSED BY 12)
PS ERGANI is available from 1/1/2022 until 31/1/2022 for the submission of declarations of suspension of employment contracts of part or all of their employees, who have been hired until December 30, 2021, for the month of January 2022, by companies employers of the private sector (as defined by the Ministry of Finance in No. 109412 / 31-12-2021 JMC) in which a ban on music has been imposed and whose operation of its headquarters or branches has been principle.
The suspension of employees’ employment contracts for January 2022 is announced in advance, at least the day before the start of the suspension.
Specifically, for employee employment contracts that are suspended from 1 January 2022 until 10 January 2022, the responsible declarations of the companies-employers can be submitted from tomorrow 1/1/2022 until 10/1/2022.
D. SUBMISSION OF UNIQUE STATEMENTS OF ARTISTS FOR THE MONTH OF JANUARY 2022
The opportunity is given to the Artists-Professionals of Art and Culture, registered in the special platform artandcultureprofessionals.services.gov.gr at PS ERGANI of the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs until 10/1/2021, in specific specialties as defined in no. 109435 / 31-12-2021 JMC, who are beneficiaries of the special purpose compensation to make unilateral responsible declarations for the month of January 2022, from 1/1/2022 until 31/1/2022.
E. SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS FOR INCLUSION IN THE OPEN PROGRAM “FIRST STAMP”
PS ERGANI will be available from 1/1/2022 for the submission of applications-declarations of companies wishing to join the new Open Program “First Seal”. In case the companies wish to include beneficiaries in the Open Program “First Seal” and in the Open Program of 150,000 (expansion of 100,000) new jobs, they submit for each beneficiary a new electronic application in a special form entitled “Application – Responsible Declaration of the company – employer of parallel integration in the Open Program FIRST STAMP and in the Open Program of New Subsidized jobs of article 28 of law 4726/2020 of the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs “, in PS ERGANI.
F. OPEN PROGRAM OF 100,000 NEW SUBSIDIZED JOBS
PS ERGANI will be available from 1/1/2022 for the submission of applications-declarations of companies wishing to join the Open Program of New Subsidized jobs of article 28 of law 4726/2020, whose new jobs are increased by 50,000 from 1/1/2022.
G. SUBMISSION OF STATEMENTS OF SUSPENSION OF EMPLOYMENT CONTRACTS OF WORKERS EMPLOYED IN AREAS OF EVIA AFFECTED BY THE FIRE
PS ERGANI will be available from 1/1/2022 until 31/1/2022 for the submission of declarations of suspension of employment contracts of part or all of the employees for the month of January 2022, by employers, based on KAD, based or having a branch in areas affected by the fires and which belong to the administrative boundaries of the Municipalities of Istiaia – Edipsos and Mantoudi – Lake Agia Anna of the Regional Unit of Evia, according to the provisions of No. 60622 / 17-8-2021 JMC, as in force.
In the suspension declaration form, they select the relevant SPECIAL CASE “Operations affected by the fires of August 2021 based on KAD”.
