Since 2013 in the heart of Belo Horizonte, the AA Wine Experience brings one of the largest wineries in Latin America, with more than 3,000 labels, to the capital of Minas Gerais. For New Year’s Eve, the restaurant will offer dinner with a starter, main course and dessert.
Customers can opt for cod brandade with green apple tartar and crispy rice with fresh herbs or eryng mushroom carpaccio with Moroccan couscous and vegetables lacquered with a citrus touch.
The main course options include a Medallion of filet mignon in red wine sauce with Minas cheese risotto and parmesan cheese; Grilled salmon in Sicilian lemon sauce with black linguine and confit tomatoes in basil or Slow-cooked lamb shank with a touch of mint with rustic mashed potatoes and herb tuile.

Trip Food
The Trip Food restaurant chain, which offers gastronomy of different nationalities, will organize its own New Year’s Eve to wait for 2023. It will take place with a view of the Pampulha fireworks and will feature the band from the Carnival Block “Juventude Bronzeada”, in addition to djs that will play varied styles of music.
As for food, it couldn’t be any different: specialties from the network will be served. There will be themed islands with German, Mexican, Canadian, Korean and Brazilian foods. Sparkling wine, gin, whiskey, vodka, draft beers and drinks will be served at the bar.

New Year’s Eve at Orla Pampulha
Overlooking Lagoa da Pampulha, Réveillon da Orla promises more buffet stations and bars this year, instagrammable scenarios and surprise attractions for guests.
There are two sectors available for purchase: the “track”, which gives access to the first floor of the place, with a all inclusive, but without marked places at the tables, and the “veranda table”. In the latter, the guest has access to the second floor and a privileged view of the fireworks, in addition to seats previously marked when purchasing the ticket.
