Twelve pro-Iranian fighters were killed on the night of Saturday to Sunday in airstrikes against their positions in eastern Syria, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said. According to the statement, “12 pro-Iranian fighters were killed in airstrikes of unknown origin” in the city of Deir Ezzor and its eastern outskirts, as well as in the Bukamal region, near the border with Iraq.
