A 15-year-old teenager died after having his house invaded by criminals in the early hours of this Friday (8) in a residential condominium in Cotia, in the metropolitan region of São Paulo.
According to the Military Police, one of the residents of the condominium called the PM around 4 am after hearing cries for help from one of the neighbors.
According to the corporation, three hooded men entered the teenager’s family home and captured his father, mother and two other sisters. Meanwhile, the boy slept in one of the rooms.
Upon waking up and realizing what was happening, the teenager was frightened by the presence of hooded criminals. That’s when one of them shot the boy twice in the chest.
After the shots, the trio fled the scene without taking anything. The boy was taken by his own parents to the Cotia Regional Hospital, but he did not survive his injuries.
According to the Public Security Secretariat of the State of São Paulo, a ninja cap and a pistol magazine with ammunition were found in the residence, which were left by the criminals.
So far, no one has been arrested. The case was registered at the Cotia police station.
