According to the latest data from research firm Omdia, Samsung Electronics retained its leadership in the global TV market, which it led for 15 consecutive years. Omdia released its forecast late last year, which proved to be true after calculating actual fourth-quarter sales.
Samsung Electronics has a 31.8% share of the global TV market by revenue for the fourth quarter of 2020. And if you take the whole year as a whole, the company’s share was 31.9%.

People use TVs on a daily basis for entertainment, communication with loved ones, work, training, and many other tasks. Thanks to this, we were able to identify different lifestyles, see how the habits of our users are changing. We are extremely grateful to our users around the world for their trust in our products and technologies. This is what drives us to innovate and develop best-in-class devices to meet the needs of today’s consumers.

Samsung plans to maintain its leadership this year by expanding its core product lines and integrating proprietary technologies and features across all TV lines.
