A 15th edition of the Festival of Culture and Gastronomy of Gramado expects to receive more than 250 thousand visitors during its eleven days of event.
With free entrance the event has 16 restaurants that prepared exclusive dishes for the event with values between R$ 40 and R$ 55 and desserts for R$ 35.

The restaurants are located in kiosks on Pedro Benetti Street, next to São Pedro Church, a street closed for the duration of the event. Confraria SG signs the novelty of the event which is the Barbecue Station, a space that will be next to Rua Coberta in Praça Major Nicoletti.
Among the wineries, Seganfredo, Masotti, Lazaretti, Benvic and Cave Miolo participate. The participating breweries are White Fly, 473 Craft Beers, La Belle Bièrre, Ambarina Bier&Beer and Cerveza Patagonia.
For the group that prefers good drinks, Hard Rock Café Gramado is responsible for the event’s bar.
The festival will also have the traditional Festins, this year at the Catherine, Nonno Mio and Wood Gramado restaurants, in addition to panels, recipe competitions, the traditional Waiter Race on September 17th, and the Gastronomic Tour throughout the event period in restaurants Sálvia, Colosseo, Josephina, Hard Rock, Boali and Edelweiss.
The festival’s program will also include the Best Chef Contest, the Chef Kids Contest and Gastronomic Workshops with guest volunteer chefs.
