The most popular methods are:

  • Fasting 16 by 8: Also called the Leangains protocol, it involves skipping breakfast and limiting your daily meal period to 8 hours, for example, from 1 pm to 9 pm. Then you fast for 16 hours in between. 16 by 8 intermittent fasting is suitable for beginners.
  • Intermittent fasting 20/4 – the same as with fasting 16 8 – 20 hours you fast and for 4 you can eat. Attention! Not suitable for beginners!
  • Eat-Stop-Eat: This method involves fasting for 24 hours once or twice a week, such as skipping food from dinner one day to dinner the next day. The fasting and nutrition tracker will help you not to get lost in time.
  • Diet 5: 2: With this method, you only consume 500-600 calories on two non-consecutive days of the week, but eat normally the other 5 days.
