A 16-year-old was arrested on Thursday, charged with threatening phone calls about seven schools in Washingtonwhere mostly African Americans study, according to police authorities.
The seven high schools, public and private, were evacuated on Wednesday and searched, but not found. nothing the suspect. In one of them, Dunbar High School, had been bombed on Tuesday, while the wife of US Vice President Kamala Harris was at the sceneto attend an event.
The teenager from southeastern Washington is accused of launching “terrorist threats”. Authorities did not disclose the name of the suspect, but noted that the investigation continuesnoted Reuters.
