The Chinese company BOE showed at the InfoComm China 2021 exhibition its new developments – large (and not so) screens, which will receive registration in production models within a few years.
One of the largest TVs at the show was the 162-inch Mini LED backlit, 1000 cd / m2 peak brightness, “millionth contrast ratio,” covering 115% of the NTSC color space. Other features include minimized low frequency flicker, low glare and low power consumption.
Another new addition to BOE is a 110-inch 8K TV. Moreover, this device is presented as a comprehensive 5G solution – a corresponding modem is provided in the hardware platform. For such a TV, ultra-wide viewing angles and ultra-high color gamut are declared.
The company also showed a new generation 4K display with a diagonal of 31.5 inches and a large 4K TV with 5376 Mini LED backlight zones.
