A teenager accused of murdering three little girls in a knife attack last July has been charged with terrorism and manufacturing the toxic substance ricin, British police and prosecutors said today. Axel Rudakubana, 18, allegedly killed the three girls, aged between 6 and 9, at a dance event to music by Taylor Swift in Southport, northern England. The attack shocked the British and led to several days of rioting across the country. Police said the killing of the girls is currently not being treated as an act of terrorism.
