2.5 tons of uranium disappeared in Iran

The IAEA said it would conduct “further” investigations to “ascertain the circumstances of the disappearance of this radioactive material and its current whereabouts”. The inspection was due to take place last year, but was postponed due to “the security situation” in the country. Grossi’s text does not give any details about the location of the facility as reported by APE-MPE, citing Reuters.
