Vivo announced the Y33s smartphone based on the Helio G80 SoC in August last year, and today the company introduced a 5G version based on the Dimensity 700 chip.
The Vivo Y33s 5G runs OriginOS Ocean based on Android 12 and has three sets of memory – 4GB/128GB, 6GB/128GB, and 8GB/128GB. It also has a microSD card slot for storage expansion up to 1TB.

The Y33s 5G features a 6.51-inch LCD with a waterdrop notch for an 8MP selfie camera, and a 13MP main camera on the back that complements a 2MP macro module.
The smartphone is equipped with a side-mounted fingerprint scanner for biometric authentication and is equipped with a 5000mAh battery that draws up to 18W of power through the USB-C port.
The base variant with 4 GB of RAM and 128 GB of flash storage costs $205, while the 6/128 GB version costs $220. The older version is priced at $255.
