Maison Delano Paris has 56 rooms and suites with a restaurant and bar that promises to be enjoyed in the historic courtyard of the mansion.
Anantara Veli – Maldives – opening in January 2023
O Anantara Veli celebrates its official opening in January 2023 after a month of soft opening. The luxurious adults-only resort is located on a private island in the Maldives.
Amid crystal clear waters, the 67 villas have been renovated in traditional and contemporary tropical style using a natural palette of wood and stone.
The hotel’s opening also marks the introduction of a brand new wellness concept, which allows guests to book a villa with a personalized experience with light, sound and aroma therapy that changes the mood from day to night – Ayurvedic spa amenities, rug for meditation and a minibar with herbal teas, shakes and wholegrain snacks are also available.
Son Net – Mallorca, Spain – Opening Spring 2023
Installed on the slopes of Sierra de Tramuntana , UNESCO World Heritage northwest of Mallorca, the sonnet is a luxury boutique hotel located in a 17th century farmhouse surrounded by lush nature.
With 31 rooms and suites, the hotel reopens its doors after undergoing a major renovation.
Accommodations are marked by rustic wooden beams, stone floors and antique fireplaces, as well as an extensive collection of private art. Guests can also enjoy two pools, one outdoors and the other in the spa, in addition to having personalized experiences alongside the concierge.

With 470 rooms and suites, four restaurants, two bars and six pools, the unit is a luxury all-inclusive resort. Surrounded by green areas, the location balances the connection with nature and benefits from the proximity to the region’s famous beaches.
Conrado Orlando – Orlando, FL – Opening Fall 2023
Part of the Evermore Orlando Resort, Walt Disney World Resort neighbor Conrad Orlando opens this fall with 433 rooms, including 10 spacious family suites that offer spacious accommodations with the comforts of true home.
Among the attractions are an eight-hectare tropical “beach”, a lagoon, water activities, two 18-hole golf courses, spa with 11 treatment rooms, Polynesian restaurant, Italian trattoria and a rooftop Mexican restaurant.
The OWO – London, UK – Opening Spring 2023
One of the most anticipated openings in Europe, the The OWO opens in London this spring in a building once frequented by Britain’s statesmen and spies, from Winston Churchill to Ian Fleming.
Inside The Old War Office, the hotel has 120 rooms and suites, extensive gym, yoga studio, health bar, 20-metre pool, sauna and steam room and two wellness suites.

Another ship that is a real luxury floating hotel is the Seven Seas Grandeur from Regent Seven Seas, which has capacity for just 750 guests.

In collaboration, Regent and jeweler Fabergé have announced the creation of a rare and unprecedented treasure for the ship. The novelty is due to the ‘Handcrafted Fabergé x Regent Seven Seas Egg to anchor the ship’s new art collection, becoming the first Fabergé Egg to permanently reside at sea .
Isla Brown Chania – Crete, Greece – Opening May 2023
Just 15 minutes by car from the city of Chania situated on the coast with panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea, the Iroom Brown Chania opens the fresh and contemporary five-star resort on the island of Crete just in time for the European summer.
The hotel carries a clean and organic design concept in which it prioritizes the use of natural materials with an interior decoration in earth tones.

The Riviera Maya EDITION en Kanai – Riviera Maya, Mexico – still no confirmed opening date
The EDITION brand, which already has 15 hotels around the world, makes its debut in Latin America this year with the opening of the The Riviera Maya EDITION in Kanai, In Mexico.
Nestled among mangroves, the hotel is expected to house 180 rooms and suites overlooking the coast of the Riviera Maya, in which the structure is designed to blend in with nature. The hotel should have an outdoor terrace for parties and large events, as well as six restaurants and bars, including a beach club.
