Just over three years ago I decided to take control of my life and make some drastic changes. This Sunday I ran my fifth Disney half marathon race and finally got a photo where I feel like I really look like an athlete.

I joined Slimming World UK (a weight loss program) from July 2017 to May 2020. I went from 236 kilos to 172 and finally to 97.
