Huawei introduced the low-cost MatePad SE tablet computer to the home market. The device is presented in two versions, each with 4 GB of RAM and 128 GB of flash memory. The base $230 version does not have an LTE modem, while the $260 version does.


Huawei MatePad SE is aimed at undemanding users and children. The tablet is based on the SoC Kirin 710A, the software platform is a proprietary replacement for Android – HarmonyOS 2. The IPS screen size is 10.1 inches, the resolution is Full HD +. The tablet configuration includes a front 2-megapixel and a main 5-megapixel camera, stereo speakers, a 5100 mAh battery. The thickness of the device is 7.85 mm, weight – 450 grams.
