They finally arrived at Egypt 28 out of 31 premature babies of the Al Shifa hospital in Gaza, as they cannot remain in that particular building due to the fighting that the Israeli army is doing in the area.
THE Red Crescent of Palestine made relevant posts on the X platform and mentioned that the infants were transported from the Rafah Passwhile o UN helped the operation.
In detail, the first post, accompanied by photos, read the following:
“A short time ago, Palestinian Red Crescent ambulance teams left from in front of the Emirates Hospital in Rafah to transport 28 premature babies to the Rafah crossing, in preparation for their transfer for medical treatment to Egyptian hospitals.
This is done in coordination with the World Health Organization and the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA).”
