The team of the popular cartographic 2GIS, now part of the SberBank ecosystem, announced the launch of a new useful function – a layer with real estate ads appeared on the maps.
2GIS contains 574 thousand reviews and 2.96 million photos of residential buildings in Russia, of which 39 thousand photos and 7.6 thousand user reviews about new buildings. According to the press service of 2GIS, now one million advertisements for the sale and rent of apartments have been added to the maps.
To do this, the developers have combined offers from the partner in the SberBank ecosystem – the DomClick service, as well as from the CIAN and N1 services. Advertisements with prices are available in the online version of 2GIS. To enable or disable the display of ads, you need to click on the icon for the layer of real estate in the upper right corner of the page.
The standard apartment search according to the conditions is supplemented by the opportunity to study the infrastructure in detail: in 2GIS you can assess the area and the density of the building, see the nearest shops, schools, the number and quality of parking lots near the house, and read reviews about management companies.

What about soundproofing? Are the walls from the developer even? Most of the services focus on filters with prices, area or number of rooms. We made it possible to compare the content from the sellers of the apartments with the opinions of real residents. ”
At the moment, 2GIS includes detailed maps for 670 cities in Russia. Most of the advertisements for the sale and rental of real estate are in the 30 largest cities of the country. On average, in 2GIS now every third apartment building has at least one ad.
