The tablet is built on the basis of MediaTek Kompanio 900T single-chip systems with 5G support. There is a slot for one SIM card as well as a microSD memory card. Wi-Fi 6 is also supported.

The Honor Pad V7 runs Magic UI 5.0 based on Android 11 and has several useful software features, including Link Turbo X, which uses 5G networks and Wi-Fi up to 2.7Gbps.
