The Japanese company Nissan announced the start of production of the next generation of the full-size Nissan Pathfinder crossover for the Russian market.
The Nissan Pathfinder for sale in Russia is manufactured at Nissan’s American plant in Smyrna, Tennessee.

The new Nissan Pathfinder is planned to be delivered to Russia in four trim levels. As the manufacturer promises, all variants will be available with an intelligent all-wheel drive system, a 7-position driving mode selector, 7 airbags, three-zone climate control, electric heated windshield, steering wheel and seats, NissanConnect Services and much more.

Previous generations of Nissan Pathfinder have been assembled at the Smyrna plant since 2004. At the same time, the engines for the car are assembled at Nissan’s powertrain plant in Deacherd, Tennessee.
The new Nissan Pathfinder has received a completely redesigned exterior and interior. The direct injection 3.5-liter V6 VQ35 engine is mated to a new 9-speed automatic transmission. Also noted is the new intelligent AWD system with a 7-position mode selector.
A seven- or eight-seater layout is provided with captain’s seats combined with a portable console between them. New technological developments will include a 10.8-inch head-up display, a 12.3-inch electronic instrument cluster, ProPilot Assist autonomous driving and Nissan Safety Shield 360.
Depending on the configuration, the new Nissan Pathfinder can be two-tone, get a panoramic roof with a sunroof, a salon mirror with a projection from a rear-view camera, wireless phone charger, a premium Bose audio system with 11 speakers and much more.
The first copies of the new generation Nissan Pathfinder cars will arrive in dealerships in Russia within a few months, approximately at the beginning of 2022.
