A three -year -old girl was rescued on a street in southeast Brazil after she was found to wander crying and searching for her 19 -year -old mother, who had left home to go to a party. Road construction workers who were repairs on a street in Santo Andre’s Sao Paulo in the early morning hours of Sunday, found the child wearing only a diaper and called the military police. According to the Daily Mail security cameras, they recorded the barefoot little girl reaching the junction of Pero Vaz Street at 1:31 am, where she stopped as a car passed at speed.
