30 reasons why walking is the best workout

Although it is a very often underestimated activity, to walk regularly brings with it numerous benefits for body and mind.

It was recently that definitively sanctioned this truth a study conducted by the University of Utahwhich demonstrated how the body would actually be made to walk and that to benefit from this activity it would be enough to do it at a regular pace about 30 consecutive minutes, five times a week.

The intensity depends on the level of training but in addition to increasing the pace if you want to make the exercise more difficult, you can use some ankle weights or alternate intense walking moments with others at a more moderate speed.

Also according to the US study, walk regularly it would even lead to 30 positive consequences.
