A man was arrested by the Federal Police After trying to transport 50 gold coins at Salgado Filho International Airport in Rio Grande do Sul.
According to the Federal Police, the coins weigh approximately 1 pound and are worth about $ 500,000.
The material was found after the luggage was subjected to X-ray.
The PF tested on the coins that proved that the material was gold.

The man was released after bail. He will have to respond for a crime against the national financial system.
