The Poco brand scheduled the announcement of two new products on February 28 at once – the Poco X4 Pro 5G and the more affordable Poco M4 Pro 4G. We have already written about the first one in some detail, so this news is about the Poco M4 Pro 4G, which in some ways will turn out to be even better than the model with 5G support.

So, for example, if the Poco M4 Pro 5G is equipped with an IPS screen, then the younger model is assigned a 6.4-inch AMOLED panel with Full HD + resolution and a frame rate of 90 Hz. At the heart of the hardware platform of the smartphone is the 12-nanometer MediaTek Helio G96 platform, coupled with 6-8 GB of RAM and 64-128 GB of UFS 2.2 flash memory.

The front camera has a 16 MP sensor, while the main camera will have sensors with a resolution of 64, 8 and 2 MP. The OS will be MIUI 12.5 based on Android 11, the battery capacity will be 5000 mAh. It will support 33W fast charging.
There are no prices yet, but the Poco M4 Pro 4G should be more affordable than the Poco M4 Pro 5G. And that, in turn, in Europe is offered for 190 euros in a version with 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of flash memory.
