Lenovo today introduced another smartphone under the Moto brand. It was Moto E40 – a representative of the line of inexpensive Moto E models. Alas, the cost of the new item and the timing of the start of sales have not yet been announced.

Moto E40 is built on a single-chip Unisoc T700 platform, equipped with a 6.5-inch IPS screen, HD + resolution with a frame rate of 90 Hz, a triple camera with 48, 2 and 2 megapixel sensors, a front 8-megapixel camera. The amount of RAM is 4 GB, the built-in flash memory is 64 GB. A microSD slot is provided for expanding memory.

The smartphone received a waterproof design (in accordance with the degree of IP52), a USB-C port and a fingerprint scanner on the rear panel (it is traditionally located under the logo).
The Mot E40 will meet the IP52 protection level, will receive Wi-Fi modules, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS and a USB-C connector. The software platform of the novelty is Android 11 with the MyUX interface. The battery capacity was 5000 mAh – the developers claim that the smartphone works for two days on a single charge.
