Since May 1, the government has reduced the mortgage rate for all Russians from 12% to 9%. At the same time, the maximum loan amount for Moscow, St. Petersburg, Moscow and Leningrad regions is 12 million rubles, and in the regions it does not exceed 6 million rubles.
