Samsung Electronics is preparing to release a new ultra-budget tablet Galaxy Tab A7 Lite. And if earlier we saw unofficial images of the future novelty, now Samsung itself has published press renders of the tablet.

On the Latvian site Samsung has appeared pages for accessories Galaxy Tab A7 Lite – three options for covers. These pages contain illustrations on which the tablet itself is clearly visible.

According to preliminary data, the Galaxy Tab A7 Lite will be the successor to the Galaxy Tab A 8.0, presented in 2019. The 8.4-inch tablet will be significantly smaller than the Galaxy Tab S7 Lite, which is expected to have a 12.4-inch screen. The mobile device will receive a resolution of WXGA + (1340 x 800 pixels). Instead of a high quality AMOLED screen, an IPS panel will be used.

Other specs include an 8-megapixel main camera and a 2-megapixel front camera, MediaTek Helio P22T SoC, 3 GB of RAM, 32 GB or 64 GB of flash memory, a 5100 mAh battery, Android 11, Bluetooth 5.0 and GPS. The approximate price for the version with Wi-Fi support is 150 or 175 euros, depending on the amount of memory, a slightly more expensive version with additional support for 4G LTE is also expected. The tablet is available in two colors: black and gray. The official launch is likely to take place in early June.
