6 magnitude earthquake in Indonesia

A strong seismic vibration occurred a few hours ago in Indonesia.

According to the Euro-Mediterranean Seismological Center (EMSC), the quake had a magnitude of 6 on the Richter scale, with its epicenter located in the ocean, 91 kilometers southeast of Blytar in East Java.

The epicenter was reported at a depth of 96 kilometers, according to the EMSC.

It is noted that the data for the earthquake that come from the Geodynamic Institute of Athens or from the Euro-Mediterranean Seismological Institute are solutions coming from the automatic computer system, without the participation of a seismologist. They are constantly updated with the arrival of new data.
