The partial list of the 100 best restaurants in Latin America in 2022 of the important award Latin America’s 50 Best Restaurants was released this Thursday (3), and among the selected houses, seven Brazilian restaurants stand out between 51st and 100th place .
In all, restaurants from 24 destinations appear in the ranking, with Buenos Aires leading with six restaurants on the list; Bogotá, La Paz, Santiago and São Paulo follow with four houses each; and Flor de Lis in Guatemala City leads the list at number 51.
From this published list, the Origin led by the chefs Fabricio Lemos and Lisiane Arouca and the first restaurant to serve only a tasting menu in savior in Bahia, is the best placed among Brazilians, in the 52ndth position.
The complete list of the 50 best restaurants in Latin America in 2022, which covers the first to the 50th position, will be revealed on the next day. November 15th at a ceremony in Mérida, Mexico.
