At the same time, Intel compared the Core i9-11900K and the Core i9-10900K in the Hitman 3 game. The first system showed 129 FPS, the second – 140 FPS. The advantage of the promising flagship in this case is 7%. And it is unlikely that it will convince the owner of the Core i9-10900K or Core i9-9900K to switch to a new CPU. However, there is still one important advantage in Rocket Lake-S – 20 PCIe 4.0 lanes, which is important for interaction with video cards and ultra-fast SSDs. In general, Intel talks about an increase in IPC Rocket Lake-S by 19% compared to its predecessors. The date of appearance of new products of the Rocket Lake-S line on sale has not yet been named.
