A survey that shows that 81% of companies have groups that discuss inclusion initiatives. The main affinity groups are focused on women, people with disabilities, race and ethnicity, in addition to the LGBTQIA+ movement.
The survey was carried out by Deloitte between August and September this year, with 215 companies spread across five regions of the country.
The study also pointed out that the presence of people over 50 in the labor market has advanced in recent years, which shows a trend for the coming years.
Despite advances, so far, few companies have developed processes so that employees have their talents valued and can occupy leadership positions.
Of the companies that participated in the survey, only 23% have women in leadership positions. In 24% of them, there is no woman on the board. As for the other groups, only 5% are present in leadership positions.
