On August 10, Xiaomi introduced the Mi Pad 5 and Mi Pad 5 Pro tablet computers, and today they go on sale in the home market. The base version of the Mi Pad 5 with 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of flash memory is priced at $ 310. The 256GB version is slightly more expensive at $ 355. Mi Pad 5 Pro has three versions: 6/128 GB – $ 385, 6/256 GB – $ 430, 8/256 GB – $ 540.
The tablets are equipped with IPS screens with a diagonal of 11 inches with a resolution of 2560 x 1600 pixels with a frame rate of 120 Hz and support for HDR10 and Dolby Vision technologies. The software platform is based on Android 11 with the MIUI for Pad shell.
Mi Pad 5 is built on SoC Snapdragon 860, equipped with 8 and 13 megapixel cameras, 8720 mAh battery with support for 33 W fast charging. The Mi Pad 5 Pro is based on the Snapdragon 870, equipped with an 8600 mAh battery with support for 67W fast charging, dual cameras with a resolution of 5 and 8, as well as 50 and 13 megapixels. The weight of Mi Pad 5 is 515 grams, the thickness of the case is 6.86 mm.
