A 108-year-old Italian survivor of several pandemics took root from covid. She also defeated him

The 108-year-old Italian long-liver received the first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine: this happened a few months after Fatima Negrini defeated the coronavirus infection, writes AFP.

Yesterday, January 18, she received an injection with other residents of the Anni Azzurri San Faustino nursing home in Milan.

DW filmed a story about her last fall.

Negrini was born on June 3, 1912 in Sustinente, Lombardy. She has three children: Luigi, Uberto and Luciano. She has been living in a nursing home for a long time, her favorite pastime is to play bingo.

Negrini contracted COVID-19 during the first wave of coronavirus in April 2020, but recovered successfully by the end of May. She is one of the oldest known survivors of the disease. When the Italian defeated SARS-CoV-2 last year, the local newspaper Corriere della Sera quoted her as saying, “God has forgotten about me.”
