A 14-year-old programmer made it easier to use a smartphone with a busy hand. brilliant

Sometimes ordinary programmers-enthusiasts come up with ingenious (or simply very convenient) solutions that IT corporations do not think of. One of the latest examples is a solution from a 16-year-old teenager who shared on Twitter his programming solution from two years ago.

He showed an example of an application that understands which hand the smartphone is in. If on the left, then by default the button on the right moves to the left – the gyroscope is responsible for determining the position of the gadget. It is assumed that for more accurate recognition, the user can specify in which hand he holds the smartphone most often – when changing hands, the gyroscope will instantly record the changes, and the interface will instantly rebuild.

Surprisingly, this technology is not available in any of the largest services, although it would clearly come in handy in instant messengers, social network clients and browsers – in all applications that are often used on the go or in public transport.
