The house was last cut to $ 31.99 million, but the final sale price has yet to be announced. Musk has been selling for over a year. In 2020, he pledged that he would eventually “not own real estate,” and sold several multi-million dollar homes in California.

In June, the last house was put up for sale for $ 37.5 million, but since then Musk has reduced its price. The Tesla and SpaceX founder himself lives in a small folding house that he rents from his own rocket company, SpaceX.

Elon Musk has repeatedly stated that he wants to have as much capital as possible to colonize Mars.
