The young woman is in a coma and is being treated in the Intensive Care Unit, after the bloody attack that took place on Friday (20/12). According to the Italian news agency ANSA, the 20-year-old assailant appeared at the fast food restaurant where Martina worked and stabbed her in the neck, while the first hit was aimed at her face. Her colleagues reacted immediately, immobilizing and injuring him, before he handed himself over to the police. The perpetrator is hospitalized under guard and charged with attempted murder.
