Blair is neither a teacher nor a school worker, but she did raise money for a school before her own child changed schools.
The mother of one of the victims says: “We are devastated. I have no words to describe the range of emotions we feel at the moment. “People usually focus on the perpetrator and forget about the negative impact these events have on families.”
Blair was released on $ 100,000 bail and is due to appear in court on February 28.
