A compact mini PC that’s more powerful than PlayStation 4. Gigabyte unveils new Brix on Ryzen 5000U APU
Gigabyte’s assortment has expanded to include the Brix mini-PC. The manufacturer has not yet indicated the model, but there are main features.
In particular, the novelty is based on the Ryzen 5000U APU, that is, everything will be fine with performance there. Gigabyte even notes the high performance of the graphics core of such processors, which reaches 2 TFLOPS, which is more than that of the PlayStation 4. However, even without such a comparison, we know that many modern games are allowed to play at least at the lowest graphics quality settings of the Ryzen 5000U.
The rest can be noted up to 64 GB of RAM, a slot for SSD, Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.2, dimensions of 139 x 134 x 44 mm and a fairly wide range of ports: USB 3.2 (x5), RJ45, HDMI (x2), Mini- DisplayPort and USB-C (x2). No pricing data yet.
