In February, Google began testing the dark theme in its search engine, but then it was something like a beta test – the new option was available to a small number of casual users. Now Google is beginning to fully spread the dark theme – at least for many users from all over the world, it began to appear, including the author of this text.
As with beta testing, Google suggests trying out the dark theme with its search bar. If you accept the offer, this decision will be assigned to the user’s account, and not to his specific device.

A slider for switching the interface theme is displayed in the upper right corner, but it includes either a dark theme or adaptation to the system design – activating the white theme of the Google search engine, if the system uses a dark theme, will not work.
