Just yesterday, Galax teased images of a GeForce RTX 3090 HOF video card with a huge screen, as such an adapter was presented today.
More precisely, a whole scattering of adapters, but we are only talking about different modifications of one model. They differ in frequencies and set. For example, the most affordable ones, which are RTX 3090 HOF and HOF Extreme, do not have the same HOF Panel III panel with a display. It, by the way, has a diagonal of 4.3 inches and a resolution of 480 x 272 pixels. The rest of the modifications have a display, and it is removable, so that it can be removed at any time.
The top-of-the-line RTX 3090 HOF OC Lab Edition boasts a GPU frequency of 1905 MHz (with Performance mode enabled), which appears to be a record for an Nvidia flagship card. For this adapter, the manufacturer specifies a TDP of 460 W and recommends a 1 kW power supply.

As for the rest, the cards are based on a PCB with a 26-phase power subsystem, and a large cooler with three fans is responsible for cooling. The cards require three eight-pin power connectors to work.
