His fans Harry Potter will soon be able to pick up their wands, don their cloaks and join the world of the boy wizard at a new theme park set to open its doors tomorrow Friday in Tokyo.
Built on the west side of the popular Toshimaen amusement park, which closed in 2020 after 94 yearsthe Warner Brothers Studio Tour Tokyo recreates a number of iconic movie locations starring the little wizard.
The location near the Japanese capital is ideal, especially as global tourism increases following the COVID-19 pandemic, said Torben Jensen, vice president and general manager of Warner Bros. Studio Tour Tokyo.
Tickets for adults will cost $45 and Jensen said they are already sold out through August.
