The developers of Instagram have implemented a hidden menu in the mobile clients of the service, which appears from the shaking of the smartphone. It allows you to quickly report any problem that appears on the screen.
If you shake your smartphone with the Instagram application open, the social network client will display a message: “Have you encountered a problem?”. By clicking the “Report a problem” button, the service will open a feedback form, automatically take a screenshot of the window that was displayed when the smartphone was shaken, and attach it to the message for moderators.
Judging by the reviews, some have this hidden menu activation function enabled by default, while others do not. To make it work, you need to go to the service settings and click on “Report a problem” in the “Help” menu, then slide the switch at the very bottom.
