The Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation (Ministry of Digital Development of the Russian Federation) told good news for car owners. Together with the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, testing of a new mobile application for motorists – “Gosuslugi.Avto”, has started.
“Gosuslugi.Avto” allows you to show the traffic police inspectors a digital copy of the vehicle registration certificate (STS), which is kept in “Gosuslugi.Avto”.
In addition, until the end of 2021 in “Gosuslug.Avto” fines for violation of traffic rules can be appealed immediately from the application. The function of issuing a Europrotocol from two mobile devices of participants in an accident without calling the traffic police and others will be added.
The Gosuslugi.Avto mobile application will operate in pilot mode until the end of 2021. During this period, the traffic police have the right to ask car owners to present a “paper” version of the STS.
The Gosuslugi.Auto mobile application for Android and iOS is available for free download in Google Play and App Store.
