A lioness attacks a beast tamer in a circus in Russia

This is what happens when you try to train (basically abuse) wild animals. It is possible that at some point their wildlife will wake up and react to the abuse.

This happened in one circus in Russia, when one of the lionesses who came out to do their number, that is, to “fight” in front of the spectators, attacked their beast tamer.

The lion grabbed the man and seems to bite him many times, while he falls to the ground and strikes her with a stick.

According to the Daily Mail, the man was taken to a local hospital in the Novosivirsk region.

The attack took place in front of the eyes of the spectators. Among them was a pregnant woman, who, according to the publication, suffered a seizure.

“The lioness got out of control,” described one of the spectators.

“Such incidents are very rare, but animals are animals” commented the beast tamer from the hospital, stating that the 5-year-old lioness was always unruly.
